Purchases (Remove Ads)
What does "Remove Ads" do?
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that:
- Removes all ads from the game (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads)
- Gives you the rewarded bonus automatically, without watching an ad
I bought Remove Ads, but I still see ads
Try the following:
- Restart the app (fully close and reopen)
- Make sure you are using the same Apple ID / Google account you used to purchase
- Ensure you have an active internet connection
- Use Restore Purchases (see below)
If it still doesn't work, email us and include:
- Your App Store / Google Play purchase confirmation (screenshot is fine)
- The approximate date/time of purchase
- Your device model + OS version
- Your app version
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may need to restore your purchase.
- iOS: Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases
- Android: Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases
(Also ensure you're signed in to Google Play with the same account used to buy Remove Ads.)
Refunds
Purchases are handled by the platform stores:
- iOS (App Store): Request a refund via Apple's "Report a Problem" flow.
- Android (Google Play): Request a refund via Google Play order history ("Report a problem").
Ads & Tracking (iOS)
If you have not purchased Remove Ads, the game may show ads.
On iOS, you may be asked about tracking (App Tracking Transparency). Your choice affects ad personalization, not gameplay.
FAQ
- Does Droplet Idle work offline? Yes. The game is fully playable offline.
- Why do I see ads? Ads support development. Ads show only when you are online. You can purchase "Remove Ads" to permanently remove all ads.
- Why am I asked about tracking on iOS? iOS may show a tracking permission prompt. You can allow or decline.
- How do I remove ads? You can buy the "Remove Ads" upgrade in Settings for $9.99 USD, or earn it free by watching 200 reward ads.
- How do I restore my purchase? Go to Settings, scroll to "Remove Ads", and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
- I bought Remove Ads but still see ads? Try restoring purchases. If issues persist, contact us with your purchase receipt.
