Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Droplet Idle ("the app", "the game"), operated by MENTAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Craiova, Romania.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Account

You may use Droplet Idle without creating an account. All game progress is stored locally on your device by default.

You may optionally sign in using Google, Apple, or email/password to enable cloud saves. When you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You may delete your account at any time from the in-app profile screen, which will permanently remove all associated cloud data

3. Cloud Save

Cloud save is an optional feature that syncs your game progress across devices when you are signed in. Please note:

• Cloud saves are provided on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be unavailable
• We are not liable for any loss of game progress due to technical issues, service interruptions, or account deletion
• You may choose between your local save and cloud save if a conflict is detected
• Cloud data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (europe-west region)

4. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies
• Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored on the same platform
• We do not receive or store your payment card details

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Droplet Idle — including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, animations, and game design — is the property of MENTAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. You may delete your account from the in-app profile screen.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app or cloud services if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Craiova, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
