What does "Remove Ads" do?

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that:

I bought Remove Ads, but I still see ads

Try the following:

  1. Restart the app (fully close and reopen)
  2. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID / Google account you used to purchase
  3. Ensure you have an active internet connection
  4. Use Restore Purchases (see below)

If it still doesn't work, email us and include:

If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may need to restore your purchase.

Purchases are handled by the platform stores:

Ads & Tracking (iOS)

If you have not purchased Remove Ads, the game may show ads.
On iOS, you may be asked about tracking (App Tracking Transparency). Your choice affects ad personalization, not gameplay.

Account & Data Deletion

How to delete your account

To delete your account and all associated data, open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently delete:

This action is irreversible. Local game data on your device will be reset.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing support@dropletidle.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
